As predicted, today’s match wasn’t an easy one as a resilient Udinese at home managed to hold Juventus to a 0-0 draw. The match was an important one for Juventus as a win would have increased the gap from Roma to 9 points. Today’s result means that Juventus keep leading the Serie A with a 7 point lead above second placed Roma.
Today’s match was an exciting one with both sides having plenty of chances to score. Udinese created chances on the counter attack whilst Juventus forced their way in creating opportunities. Buffon was Juventus best player today as he saved the score several times. That said, the rest of the team delivered an average performance with no one shining.
