The news has been in the air for some time but now it seems that the deal is going to happen as Mirko Vucinic flew to Abu Dhabi. Alessandro Lucci acted as intermediate between Juventus and Al Jazira, agreeing on a deal that will earn Vucinic 6 million euros annually for 3 years. Al Jazira will be paying Juventus a fee of 6 million euros.
Vucinic has been an important player for us, especially in his first two seasons but age and injuries make this transfer move a must. That said we should congratulate Marotta as obtaining 6 million euros for a 31 year old injury prone player with only one year left on his contract is a very good deal. We wish Vucinic all the best for his new adventure!
